SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We currently ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
- Portugal & Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the World: 14-30 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. MamaShape is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at suporte@mamashape.store within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
